I'm not quite sure about what are you asking but if i get it right calling a minraise with K5o 55bb deep it's standard and i c/r flop for value.
Correct me if i 've totally misunderstood your post.

    Preflop : K5o good call.
    Flop : good
    Turn :
I would bet more turn because FD got so much nice odds to call. Something like 300 because when the guy check call flop he probably has something like a FD, SD, Kx, set, AA. Turn he would have raised you if he had you beat in average and Kx, FD, SD could just call. Sometimes FD could raise to represent a strong hand which isn't really a bad play at those blind levels in a readless match with your turn bet sizing.

    River :
I'll check fold on a push because we rarely see the average HU players pushing here with a worse hand than yours.

If you had played more hands against that guy and you determined that he was some kind of maniac that was taking the lead when you check then it's kind of a borderline check/call because the guy will value much more hands than the usual player and will bluff a little more here. The only bluff hands would be SD in my mind and he could push with KTo for value for example.

Pre and flop are standard. Fold pre only if villain is very tight. 300/340 is too much on the turn imo. 210 is about right, maybe 230-40.

Even if villain has a FD on the turn he has roughly 20% equity when he needs at least 28% equity to call the turn.Plus if i bet something like 300 or more odds wise i should probably can't ever fold river.

Not enough worse 2 pairs in villain's range for us to put chips in, by betting or calling. I'm generally in favor of a 3 barrel in similar situations but not on this particular board.
