This sort of hand is a good candidate to craise flop (your best 4x) because villain will be cbetting a very high frequency and you have very vulnerable value.

Depends on villain, I tend to assume most people won't just jam their Kx vs a craise here but some recs will.

Runouts can be tricky, but generally I'm trying to get value out of Ax and worse 4x so play accordingly. vs recs I'd probably cbet 4bb turn and bet small on this river.
