The full pot stab makes it somewhat debatable in case you had info that he usually only bets 1/2 pot. However, some people always stab full pot in limped pots and some will randomly bet full pot when they miss.

Two solid back door draws, Q-high, high card board when villain limped pre. I would definitely continue here. I think I'd only flat here given the full pot bet and proceed with some caution. Q-high has decent showdown value also, so you don't have to make crazy moves.

Maybe someone more educated can tell me if it's better to c/r or flat if the bet was only 1/2 pot, given we have some showdown value?

Fold to this size. X/r vs 1/2 pot is good (flat is fine too, but x/r likely bit better vs most players).
