whats the correct line to play vs unknown, is 3 barrel ok?

I just give up on this river.
Basically, all you can fold is some QT, QJ, missed flush draws and I think that is it.
On the river, I do not really understand why u bet so small. All you accomplish is that you get called by any pair. But I do not think that Kx is folding here to three barrels. And even 3x calls this sizing.

what hands are folding to 7BB (shove) and not to 3.5? I assume 3x wouldnt call turn so now all that is left is his draws.

i'd give up otr, I think the 4 isn't a good hand to make a 3barrel and you said it yourself, no hands are folding to a 7BB shove nor a 3.5BB 3rdbarrel. The 4 actually helps him with any pair (becoming 2pair + Akicker).
You may fold some of his draws surely, but with no reads he would call two streets with just a flushdraw or a straightdraw i'm checking back otr and making notes on this
Summarizing, just give up

This is a flop where a lot of people will flat TP and raise their draws more often than usual, and it's not a great runout to triple barrel (turn is fine, but transparent, river is a terrible card), and your sizings are pretty small. I think you're getting looked up by a 3 and that villain has fewer draws in his range than usual.
