Hi,
Villain limped very rarely so far (1 in 17 situations)
Would you bet the flop? I didnt want to call a checkshove.
Is my turnbet inducing? And would you call his minreraise to hit some of my outs?
Fold river?

If it's not limping a lot, I have some doubts with the ROL here. I'm bet/folding on flop, specially with that turn. That card complete the 90% of draws, the rest connect top pair.
It's true that is the perfect card to bluff by the villian but IMO we can't call here.

But why betting the flop? I thought its better to checkbehind a weak value hand on a drawy board when you cant call a checkshove?

That flop is so wet. If he wants to see the turn, he has tobpay it. We can't give him free equity. IMO we are letting him to connect a better hand.

Why you can't call? You are ahead of his x/shoving range. What you can't do is let him to connect stronger hands.

Now that you say it i wonder why i checked it back because 2nd pair with a good kicker is callable there versus a check shove

Don't like raise pre with such a mid strength hand, don't like turn bet with such a mid strength hand.
Would check flop too, but would also check turn.
