So we are about 35-40 hands in the game,so far he is quite passive and this was his first 3bet,i dont give him any credit since 3 times he limped checked all streets and potted river,i called 2 of the 3 times and he showed me JJ and 88 thats why i dont believe its a pp here.

Just fold preflop. He has been passiv and never 3bet you before, what makes you think he hasn't got a high pair? Maybe he only plays aces and kings like this?

According to his reads, I'd guess:

"he doesn't have a pocket pair, his range shouldn't hit this board. I have a pair of 3s, so I will raise very big to make him fold his broadway cards.

ups, he stuck it in, now I'm commited and realize my raise made no sense."

The fact that villain is passive should make raising even worse imo.

-1 @ fold pre. Especially with a pretty hand like K3s.

i dont get the open fold concept tbh,i think it's too tight and also ^^ ur right bout my thought proccess apart from the part that i felt pot commited, i honestly didnt give him any credit at all,he had been value betting ok up to this point with 2/3 raises so that play didnt made any sense at all and i happy called.

I guess thought by reading ur posts i got lots of studying to do

I think you're dominated or crushed way to often realy. When I call 3 bets with a hand like this I so often find myself going broke with top pair weaker kicker. Maybe I'm a nit thought xD Would like to hear more opinions about pre flop.

Edit: of course don't openfold K3 if you think I meant that.
