I actually know david. Not real well but well enough and u wont meet a more smug man anywhere. All he talks bout is his army **** and how much money he makes playing poker. He cares bout his rep trust me. If his family and friends are made aware bout this he will pay back faster. trust me all he cares bout his myself and his rep. So yes legal action is a great step and if that doesnt work i will give out details of his home address etc if anyone wants

+1....having worked eons ago for Wells Fargo doing collections, this is a big nono. They are not cosignees on this.

At the moment it just doesn't look like we are getting payed, and we clearly should do something. Scarer just comes with stupid excuses every time he comes in the thread and doesn't tell us **** about how his financial situation is and what his plans are.
At this point I would not mind contacting his family just to get something going.
Maybe someone can at least make a NVG thread. We really have been patient for a long time now, but I just dont want to sit and wait for another stupid scarer excuse anymore.

You might want to consult someone with a legal background to see what you can and cannot do in the current situation before getting family members involved with contacting etc...It's one thing to just point out the thread, it's another to try to collect from them...that's all I am saying.

This is what I meant. I never intended to sound like I was implying going to his family and friends for collection purposes, but to point them to this thread and talk to David regarding this, as they no doubt know nothing of this.

yeah, good suggestion. and obv this is to let them know so like another poster said, will try to talk some sense into david. at least it'll put some pressure on - i know if i got my family and friends knowing they would try to tell me to do the right thing.

Oh and yes contact his family. Not to collect, but to make them aware of the situation at hand, it can't hurt IMO. If they become aware of this, they could perhaps talk some sense into David to come in here and get on a payment plan with his investors.
