About Me

I am a lawyer in real life; poker however is my passion (and the primary reason I left a big firm job for a more poker-friendly inhouse position 6 years ago). Before Black Friday, I played cash game and tournaments when I could. I don't have the sample size many of the MTT grinders have due to my day job; nevertheless, my results in online MTTs have been strong, as evidenced by my 113% lifetime Stars ROI. I am a consistent performer, cashing in 19% of all of my events. I would say my live cashing performance has been about the same and I am definitely overall +ROI in live events, though I have not played in a huge number of them. I cashed for $40K in this year's WSOP Main Event; last year I made it to day 4 and semi-bubbled, finishing about 1100 (300 from the money).

Many of you know me because I've been a frequent staker and less frequent seller in the Staking Online forum. I've had no issues with investors or horses and my reputation is solid.

The Deal

Share price = $3,125 * 1.12 / 100 = $35 per share
Minimum purchase: None, though prefer 2% or more.
Amount Available: 40%

Therefore:

Note: Instead of playing the $1500 on Friday, I'm planning on playing some of the juicy rebuy and multi-entry satellites. I did not offer them here because I was unsure whether investors would be comfortable with the rebuy aspect, but if anyone is interested in helping fund those, I will consider it. There should be tremendous value in those events.
