my name is Jon Holloway . i have over 10k in circuit cashes but it was all in tunica because thats my home casino.i went to stl in april 2011 for my 1st circuit outside of tunica and cashed in a 500 event.With that said I would like to sell 50% of myself for the WSOP Circuit Event - St. Louis

5%= $271

RE: Taxes
I'd prefer to give investors pre-tax $$. however, this will require the exchange of personal information with a w-9 form. I will not ship pre-tax $$ without this as I will be held liable for the taxes. Taxes for a 5k profit will need proper documents In the event that you do not provide the completed tax forms taxes will be withheld at 28%.
In the event that you are a non-US investor, if you have a TIN # from a tax friendly/treaty country, same applies. if not, I will withhold 28% to cover the liability.
Swaps:
I may be swapping 10% of my MTT action (only tourneys that we both are entered into) to lower our variance. Any money won from swaps will be added back into the BR and any money we pay out will be taken from the total winnings.
If I do not play in one of the events listed above for any reason, the investment portion for that specific event will be refunded to the investor including the mark up. Any events played other than the five events listed in this package will have no impact on investors, nor will have any sponsorship equity.
WHEN TO SHIP: reserves for now is fine, ship minimum 15 days prior to the event if not received by 3 days before start of the first tourney and confirmed by me it will not be booked exception is cash at tourney. Mailing address will be provided to investors and updates will be on twitter:
