Looking to sell action for the LAPC ME 10K that starts on Friday 2/24. This tournament has drawn 681 and 745 entrants the past two years, so I'm expecting a similar turn-out this year with a mixture of pros and satty/local players.

ive heard that there is a 9% state tax on cashes if you arent a california resident that is not retrievable.

Yeah, it's 7% withholding for out-of-state residents. I'm a California resident but now sure how that works for out-of-state investors if we use the 5754 form. Worse case I can sign for it and transfer the tax liability with a 1099-MISC.
