My name is Scott Davies and I'm selling some action off for my WSOP/Venetian DSE prelims.

I am prepared for the WSOP this summer, as I have been playing live MTT’s almost exclusively since November. In that time, I have managed to rack up 23 live cashes, with 6 final tables. This year I qualified for the WSOP National Championship by accumulating 152.5 player of the year points, and I broke the single season record on the WSOP Circuit with 18 cashes (http://www.wsop.com/news/2012/May/37...OURNAMENT.html). I’m also ranked second in the world in total cashes for the year 2012 as of the time of this posting(http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/ranking/492). My goal of course isn’t just to cash, but rather I’m just highlighting that I consistently go deep and am a lower variance player. I have made 6 final tables since December, and took second place in a $560 Venetian DSE earlier this year.

This package covers the second half of my prelim schedule. I will also be playing other tournaments outside of this package, either on my own dime or with other backers, and those tournaments will not be included in this package.

I’ve put a lot of thought and consideration into this schedule. I have chosen the events that I think I have the largest edge in, combined with the softest fields.

I’ll be selling up to 70% of myself, but will play these events as long as I sell at least 50%. I prefer to accept payment via Chase Quickpay, Bank of America transfers, Wells Fargo transfers or cash in Las Vegas. I can also accept PayPal if you are unable to pay via one of the other options.

About me:

I am a former attorney turned poker pro. I graduated from UC Davis law school in 2006 and passed the Florida Bar(voluntary inactive license at the moment to avoid continuing legal education requirements since I just play poker). I've been a pro based in Vegas for over 4 years, playing live cash, online HUSNGs, online MTT's, and live MTT's. I've been playing live MTT's almost exclusively for the last 7 months and have been having quite a bit of success. I have proven to be one of the most consistent players on the circuit by breaking the single season record for most cashes in one season on the WSOP Circuit this year with 18.

As far as live poker goes, I have been putting up some great results this year on the MTT circuit, and have qualified for a seat to the year end WSOPC National Championship with 152.5 player of the year points. My biggest live accomplishments to date are a deep run in LAPT Florianopolis, 5 WSOP circuit final tables, a deep run in the 2011 WSOP Main event, where I made it to day 5 and cashed for over $31k, and a second place finish in the February Venetian DSE for just over $15k. Payment information:

I prefer to accept payment via Chase Quickpay, Bank of America, wells fargo, or cash in Vegas. I can also accept payment on PayPal if you are unable to pay by one of the above methods. I ask that everyone get payments in at least 3 days prior to the first event so I have time to access the funds and get the buy ins together. If I do not receive full payment prior to the first event I will cancel your shares and refund you in full, with markup.

I reserve the right to skip any event for any reason. I plan on playing every event in this package, but there may be circumstances that force me to skip an event(for instance still being in a prior event, a family emergency, or illness). In the event I do not play in a tournament, I will refund that portion of the buy in, in full, with markup.

Taxes:

I will need your personal information in the event we make money on this. I will require whatever information is required by the IRS, including, but not limited to, a completed IRS form W9(including SS# or TID) and a copy of your identification. I will use this information solely for the purposes of transferring tax liability by issuing a 1099 for your share of any winnings. You are responsible for all state and federal taxes on your share of the winnings. In the event that you refuse to provide the personal information that I request, I reserve the right to withhold up to 30% of your winnings to cover taxes.


Payouts:

I will payout as soon as possible provided all personal information for taxes has been submitted to me. For smaller amounts, I will try to pay you out in the manner that you paid me, unless alternate arrangements are made. For larger amounts I reserve the right to make alternate arrangements due to transfer limits on WF, BoA, QP or PayPal. Regardless I will do my best to work with you to get you your money as fast as possible.

I will not be sharing the proceeds from any type of sponsorship, freeroll, ring, bracelet, trophy, satellite voucher, dinner voucher, players of the series, or any other awards or casino comps resulting from participation in these tournaments. You also are not entitled to a share of prize money from tournaments that are not included in this package. You are only entitled to a percentage of the prize money that I receive from the prizepool in the events listed above. For each 1% of the package that you purchase, you will get 1% of the total prize money that I win in the above listed events. You will not be entitled to any form of makeup from future tournaments I play. When the tournaments in this package are completed, you will have no further right to any of my future winnings.
