Only thing I would like to add to the background stated in that thread is that I have now been playing for a living for about a year now with pretty good results. 2011 was my best year as I had just under 150k in cashes. Live tourney winnings total ~310k in a little under 2.5 years w/ most of my best results coming in tougher, bigger BI events:

Outside of last year's package I have sold action multiple times over the past year and a half, most of which have been profitable. There were multiple references in the past thread but I will try and find a cpl more, specifically those who have invested in me recently. (Some more references can be found in original thread here)

Really looking fwd to this summer and the package of tournaments I've put together. 16 events in all, 13 WSOP, 3 Ven. Wanted to veer away from how I was doing this package with shares and go back to basics. Selling all of my prelims in two separate packages; (A) 12 tournies ranging from 1-1.6k marked at 1.3 and (B) 4 WSOPs from 2.5-5k marked at 1.2.

I currently have 9% left of package A and 24% left of package B.

Key Notes:

• Any overlap, day 2’s, 3’s etc that cause me to miss any event would result in the investor in getting a full refund including markup.
• In the unlikely event I play an event not in the above package, I reserve all action to myself.
• Taxes will not be withheld from any investor who fills out the required paperwork (Name, SSN, and Address required) in the event of a taxable score. Tax liability will be shared in the same proportion as the action sold.
• Any monies made due to bonuses / sponsorship / patch deals will be excluded from the investor’s stake

Also wanted to state I 100% plan on playing the entire schedule whether or not I sell the last 9% of package B. Flight and rm are already booked and if need be I will be putting up the extra funds myself (will prob be looking to swap a lil more up front for the bigger BIs to offset last unsold pieces.)
