Come on 2+2, we can do it, help Katie fund her dream! I think this is awesome that she is selling action for PNIA on 2+2! Quite a few of her backers are also friends of mine but I hold no ill will; in fact I celebrate that fact. I even have a neighbor who bought a big chunk of her action, and I'm delivering the money to Katie - it's all good! So kick in some extra for Katie, lets help her pump up her numbers and sell out. For the record, I would buy her action if I was not playing - I think thats a ringing endorsement. Katie and I have never met before, but out mutual friends have faith in her - and I trust their opinions.

For the record, that last I heard this was not the official lineup for Saturday. This list is only an outline in progress that could continue to change. Nolan Dalla retains the ability to through players in or out of the game at any time based on the needs of the show, which I think that is a good thing. None of us who are scheduled to play should know for sure when when we are playing, our seats, or for how long (unless we choose to stop playing of course) - this is for the good of the show and also makes a better game. Thats poker folks, lots of unpredictability makes for a good sweat!

PS: I am bringing a lot and intend to be rather deep stacked, so hopefully Katie will double up and we can play some big 200bb pots together which would make our mutual friends sweat a bit, that should be good for a laugh if so.

Give me 15% of both bullets please (maybe subject to answers to above) if paypal is acceptable. And if so, please PM me paypal info.

Been spending any time working on 100 big blind play?
I hope I don't have to use the 2nd bullet, but in the event I get in the 1500-2k range, I was planning on putting the entire 2nd bullet into play, also basing this decision on how the table is playing.

I've been playing more live cash games in general since I live closer to Borgata now, and yes when I buy in, it's been for 100 bb stacks lately.

Pretty sick hand there. (Katie OOP) Not sure how Katie doesn't go broke there, by getting it in good on the turn.

Looks like a likely double up when holding A4spades against the villains KdQs when a KJ3 all spades flop comes. K on the turn and I was surprised it all didn't go in on that card. A 3 on the river and I think Katie did great to pass to a $750 bet into a $1575 pot.

I think our hero has roughly 3.7K. Was unlucky in the pot above and has been pretty card dead for the most part, so has had to bleed a few blinds in a few orbits.

Also a couple of pots I saw where Katie I think opened 3x in position then hit the flop
reasonably hard but got check raised OTF so had to pass. (passes were correct by the way)

SPR post flop gets quite tricky with her stack size when open is 3x, and is peeled against.

Perhaps the 3x pre is to discourage too many callers? 2.5x (or 2x if possible) would make post flop play a bit easier I feel.

One decent pot won where opening with QTo called by 44 and 55, Flop TTA. The 55 called the C bet
then gave up on the turn

(sorry if hands are not all exactly as I've reported, have been watching the action fairly closely,
but also looking at emails at the same time)

Could still be a good end result. Game is loosening up a little and 3 players are stuck, two quite a lot.
Katie playing a solid game, she looks really focused and is not getting involved in the bonhomie chit chat, which most others are, so with a modicum of run okay/run good and some playable hands, there could be one or two big errors made by opponents that can be capitalised on.

Gl Katie if you are reading this.

Thanks for everyone's support! I ended the night with $3575. Had some unfortunate spots and made a bad river call in one hand but overall it was really fun and a great experience. Today is Sunday, so busy day online for me, but will do numbers on Monday and begin sending money to investors. %'s below are also not correct as I one-bulleted this but did not want other players in the game to know, so I DM'd all investors prior to starting with actual % of action. Will update thread Monday with correct numbers.
Thanks again, everyone!

Yeah wp and gg.

You were card dead most of the time from what I saw and it was really good discipline
to not get impatient and start playing marginal hands, so given the card deadness and the
run bad in that pot where you flopped the nut flush and lost to runner, runner I think the
$3575 is a good performance.

Sneaky Sneaky! Considering how exposed your buyin plan was, I like it! I didn't see your cards, but from what i could tell as an opponent you played great. It was a pleasure Katie, keep it up! You should play live cash more often, the 5/10 and 10/25 NL games at Borgata are amazing!

In the day we played together I had 8k in action on the table, wasn't much of a need to buyin for more than that, unfortunately the policies at the casino did not allow cash to play so topping up was rather inconvenient. Shame no big pots between us, but Shaun Deeb and I played a 400 + bb pot the next day which I'm sure will make for great TV so at least I got part of my wish ;-)

See you over the summer if not sooner...

haha, thanks Steven...it was really great playing with you as well. I don't think I am quite ready to jump up to those games yet, but I definitely play cash more often now and really love the 2/5 games at Borgata.

For those interested, the entire 7 hour stream is up online with hole cards. The link for some reason time stamps this half way through, but just rewind to start at beginning. The pot at the 3:20 mark that I lose was unfortunate and would have helped make the session a lot better and probably profitable, but that's poker. The producers have asked me to be on another episode, and I will prob sell for it here as well, so thank you again everyone for your support. This was such a great learning experience for me that was very fun as well!
