Selling up to 25 percent of the WSOP Rincon circuit 10k regional championship. Along with the piece you get a piece of the wsop freeroll if i FT. I am selling at 1.2 to 1 FTP is preferred but both FTP/Stars are accepted

I really am sorry for the confusion guys but i had already sold out and couldnt sell any more action on this. I am going to have to ship back the 10 percent and 3 percent piece. I really dont want to ruffle feathers and sincerely apologize for the confusion I know i said if you shipped youre booked but i had sold out and that was over a week ago and i had already locked this up. This sucks because i am on to day 2 with a good stack but honest to god if i was bust on the way home and found this i would have shipped back.

The truth is I do trust you, but I'm afraid its just me being naive. Everything about what happened says I have 10% of your action, I think it should stick that way.

Imagine someone saying QTB in the high stakes sports thread, someone quotes it and then at halftime they cancel the bet because someone had already booked their action privately. No chance that would fly. I don't think there's any question these guys should have their action.

The fact that he was deep in the 5k doesn't have any relevance here. It takes 2 mins to sign on and say all booked, action is closed, etc.

Was in response to someone reserving a piece and asking where to send the money... not necessarily an open invite for anyone to ship at any time and be confirmed.

It really it shouldn't be too much to ask for someone to check back into their thread to clear up these issues prior to the start of the tournament. If he makes this post Sunday morning, sends back funds, etc. then there is no issue.

I doubt someone who just won a 5k is angling, but I would definitely feel wronged if I had a part of the 13%.

I agree, but I hope you're not trying to absolve Tim of any wrongdoing here. It's very unprofessional to make this thread and then not post any replies to it until a day after the tournament started. I believe it was an honest mistake and I don't think he's angling, but I might not feel that way if I had invested.
