  • Mobile text messaging--You may now be able to receive text messages through Chase QuickPaySM. When the new agreement is available online, please see the section titled "Text Services" for a full description.
Your continued use of the Online Services acknowledges your agreement to the amendments. The updated agreement will be available online on May 22, 2011. You can review the latest agreement anytime by logging on and clicking the "Legal Agreements and Disclosures" link at the bottom of any page.

The language doesn't seem to outlaw anything going on in the marketplace as it specifically says 'gambling debt'.

Exactly this. It seems they don't want to be affiliated with anything illegal, but this should be totally fine.

That is my take on things as well. I just had a good laugh at the timing of that message soon after we've taken to their service. I will continue to use it as buying/selling shares is not gambling.

FWIW my Chase account was suspended yesterday after I tried making a couple transfers due to suspicious activity. The customer service reps I talked to were not very well-informed but apparently my account can only be re-openend when the transfer recipient goes to a Chase branch, brings two forms of ID and confirms the transfers. We did have the term "WSOP Staking" in the subject line, perhaps that had something to do with it.
