I finished 7th in the 1k SCOOP high limit Pot limit Omaha hi low tournament in 2009. I also have 11 top threes in the weekly $215 Omaha hi low tournaments on Stars and FTP and another four in Cereus’ weekly $152 PLO8 tournament.

While I have not had very many opportunities to play live Omaha hi low tournaments (due to my age and the rarity of live O8 tournaments), I love playing live and feel very comfortable in that setting. I have 2 live cashes: 5th in 2011 Binion’s Classic Plo8 and 48th in 2010 WSOP $1500 Plo8. I have played in 6 live Omaha hi low tournaments in the past couple of years. Last WSOP I played the $1500 PLO8 and finished in 40 or 50 something place in the $5k PLO8. Last years $5k PLO8 I sold half of my action which is my only experience with staking to this point. I also have considerable experience in cash games including: 20/40 limit Omaha hi low and 2/5 and 5/10 pot limit Omaha hi low.

For the last 3 years I have finished near the top of most categories on sharkscope for Omaha hi low sit and goes. I have played almost 30,000 sit and goes, and I play every sit and go that runs between $22 to $220 (unfortunately anything above $55’s run infrequently).

I will be selling shares with a 1.2 markup.

The total package is $6500. With markup that makes the total $7800.

I will allow each investor to match the percentage contributed to WSOP stake for these smaller tournaments if interested. For instance if you bought a 5% share of my WSOP action you could also buy 5% in the package below, but I will not be selling shares in this separate from the WSOP shares.

The money for the final two tournaments above will most likely be returned as I plan on being around for day 2, especially in the case of the $5k which has a much better structure. If you would like to buy shares of both WSOP and these tournaments it will cost:

Closing Thoughts:

I will arrive in Vegas during the first week of June and will accept cash, Rio chips, and checks (if mailed before hand). I am willing to work out other forms of funds transfer if necessary, but the ones listed above would be easiest for both parties. If I miss a tournament the money for that tourney will be refunded in full for that tournament. Regardless of how much stake I get I will be playing everything listed above except for possibly the $5k. I will take pictures of tournament entries for confirmation and text/e-mail them to all investors. I will do updates throughout the day via twitter. I have known Trevor for a couple years and have spent time with him live in Vegas and alot online.
He is an exceptional Omaha 8 player and I would expect these shares to go fast in his staking.
Very honest person - Trevor and I have traded $ online on various sites for the past 3 years.
In recent months on full tilt he had some really deep NL runs and if he decides to play any NL tournies I will be 1st in line for a piece of the action.

I also wanted to add that if the $200 tournies have an add on I will be taking that, so that may skew the percentages a tiny bit. If anyone has questions about this let me know, but I believe the add ons are pretty cheap. I will confirm through pm when I receive checks.

played a ton with DYG over the yrs and have no reason why I wouldn't trust him. Met him in person last yr when he went deep in binions.

Is there a min % you are looking to sell in order to play the $5k? I'm definitely hoping to have a sweat in that event, but if you don't play it, I would be interested in upping my % for the other events rather than getting a refund for the 5k portion. Obviously there is still plenty of time, but all of this should be settled before the 1st event on the 9th, so keep us updated.

I didn't address this in the original proposal because I am not quite sure yet. I will definitely be playing everything except the 5k regardless of staking, but with a lot tied up on FTP getting partially staked in that is necessary. As of now I should be able to play the whole package if I can get the stake up to 50% or so, but if it doesn't I will contact everyone and see if they would just like the money to go towards everything but the $5k. If I cut out the $5k I will be selling 50% at most probably. Hopefully, a few of the people that are considering how much to buy right now buy up some big chunks, and I will be good to go for the whole package.

Regarding the $5k, I actually just sent this to a 2p2er who is considering buying part of the stake. I actually kind of feel like I'm more +ev from the 5k. The structure is so much better that the blinds don't get high enough to be forced to gamble until late day 1 or early day 2. The field probably is slightly better, but I don't even know if it is that much better than the 1.5k, just different. Most o8 guys can't afford to play it, so there aren't very many o8 regs. Most of the people in the field are holdem guys trying to win a bracelet so they aren't very good at o8, they just play more aggro than your average player in the $1.5k. I think they're just as exploitable as in the lower buy in just in different ways.

probably best not to adjust the %s since that gets kinda confusing. plus buyers like knowing what they're winning when u ship one o these. and yer schedule looks packed. i'm sure you will need a day off or event overlap or whatever reason you miss an event and just adjust that way.

I have now received checks from fighting coward, nbajam, and bwslim. I am waiting on a check from donkerrific (sending this week) and chase quickpay from schmoo (pmd today). I'll be going to the Rio the night I come into town June 8th to pick up cash from most everyone else. I'll text people to tell them when I'll be at the Rio or arrange other ways to pick up the cash.
