Tied for 34th place in the WSOP Points Race in Biloxi (35 points total).

• Current Status: Recently started to join the WSOP Circuit Events. Playing live MTTs in Atlanta – OnTilt Promos.

• Recent Live Results: (4) Final Tables at the WSOP-C IP Bilxoi including 2 nightly events, Event #2 & Event #12. Also ran deep in Event #9 finishing 17th. (3) Final Tables in Nightly Events at WSOP-C Bossier City this year (2nd 3rd & 4th place finishes). Finished 1st WPT Southern Poker Championship 2nd Chance Tournament ($8k)

• Shares: Looking to sell up to 50% (all increments welcomed – 1% minimum) with a small markup to help offset the cost of travel for events listed under “My Proposed Jacksonville Schedule”

• Dealer Appreciation/Additional Chip Add-on: Will be included as part of the tournament buy-ins where applicable

• Bonuses: to be discussed & agreed upon prior to start of the first event

• Tax: In the event of a $5k score or more, I will withhold 28% to cover the tax liability. I would prefer to give investors pre-tax $$. However, this will require the exchange of personal information with a W-9 form. I will not ship pre-tax $$ without this as I will be held liable for the taxes. In the event that you do not provide the completed tax forms, taxes will be withheld at 28% for scores of $5k or greater.

In the event that you are a non-US investor, if you have a TIN # from a tax friendly/treaty country, same applies. If not, I will withhold 28% to cover the liability.

• Refunds: In the event a tournament overlaps or a re-entry tournament only requires one (1) buy-in, tournament buy-in plus markup will be refunded to the investor.

• Communication: I will provide proof of tournament buy-in documentation, tournament results, cell phone number, and twitter updates in a timely manner (including live updates).

• WHEN TO SHIP MONEY: Reserves for now is fine. Money should be sent a minimum three (3) days prior to Event #1. If money is not received by three (3) days before the start of the first tourney and confirmed by me, it will not be booked. The exception is cash transfer at tourney event venue.
