My name is Dan Beringer and I am fairly new to the 2+2 marketplace, but have been playing both online and live tournament/cash poker for the better part of the last 6 years. While I did have some tournament success online, I have really sharpened my game in a live setting over the past 1.5 years. From reading the top tournament books to dissecting my play after and during each tournament, I have really allowed myself to grow and become a very good player and high-level thinker.

The 7th place cash in the Rio $235 Deepstack was actually a chop for $16,000.

In addition to those results tracked, I also played at the Nautica Charity Poker festivals and regularly played in the tournaments there. I had one heads-up chop for $3,200 in a 70 person $250 KO as well as a 3-way chop for over $2k in the same tournament and several other small chops in similar tournaments for over $1k. I also played a $230 deepstack at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh,PA and took 5th place out of 90 for $1,700.

I realize the CPC is a bit far out right now, but I wanted to put this ad up early to give investors plenty of time to get on board. I plan on playing this schedule (or something very similar) whether or not I sell action.

*I've included the $350 plo tourney as I have a good amount of experience with PLO cash and some tournament PLO both online and small live sit and go's. I believe this tournament will be filled with a lot of dead money and both my understanding/experience with PLO and solid NL tournament background with lead me to glory.

Any used buy-ins will of course be credited back to each investor appropriate to their percentage invested (including mark-up for those investing under 10%).

As this tourney is about 3 weeks out and I have 25% reserved, wanted to add in this piece regarding taxes.

Taxes
I will not be withholding any portion of the investors' $ for tax purposes. The investor will be solely responsible for their portion of the win and will be required to provide the necessary personal information if I cash before I can distribute payouts. If you provide the information needed, I will be able to pay your share in full. If you choose not to provide this information, I will have to withhold 28% of your portion of the payout.

Also... I wanted to note that the final table of Event #1 will all be receiving a CPC Main Event seat (worth $3,200). If I get this far, I will be playing this event and all investors will retain their %'s invested for the package. Yes, you did hear this right.
