are you gonna for sure play all the 10k's?

are you gonna skip smaller events to play the bigger ones?

will you just play the next event that you can, with no regard for the value of the later event in that day?


just trying to get a grasp on what events you are planning on playing.

I may skip a couple 10k's if I don't think there's good value there, not sure yet. The two I'd be most likely to skip are limit holdem and 2/7 single draw (although I do feel comfortable playing both). I doubt if I skip any of the others unless I'm still in an event. I will skip very few of the lower buyin events, if any. There's just too much value in those to skip them.

If the evening event is a really good one I might skip the afternoon one but for the most part, my plan is to just play the next event after I bust. But for most of the afternoon events, like 70-75% of the field is gone by the time the evening event starts, so odds are I'd either have a decent stack or already be busted from the afternoon event by the time the evening event starts.

Last year I skipped 6 events intentionally:

1500 stud, because my friend was at a final table and i had 20% of his action and i wanted to sweat him (i likely won't skip any events this year for that reason)
10k omaha8, 10k 2/7, 10k limit holdem, mostly just felt like taking days off for some of the tougher events.
40k nlhe/50k horse, had no intention of playing either of these.

Basically I'm way more likely to skip a tough 10k event than a soft 1k/1500/2500 event.

It's going to be tricky figuring out post-series which events you played and which you didn't since you are playing so many, so if you are updating twitter for every single event you play then figuring out end buyins by tallying up your buyins on twitter, that seems like the cleanest way to do it.

Are many of the events going to be NLH 2.5k or under? Reason being my backer is preventing me from buying action in events im already playing (very annoying) and im a NLH fish.

I'll probably play every one of these if I'm not already in an event.

I guess I could work something out with you where you only get a piece of the events that you're not in, but it sounds like you'd be missing out on the events with the best value if you did that. Up to you though.
