I have booked a house in Las Vegas for the month of June with 3 of my friends from the south Florida area and will be in Vegas from June 1st until after the Main Event.

I am looking to sell about 70% total, but will play if I sell 50%

I would prefer that if people wanted to buy a piece that they not buy in increments that are less than 1%.

I would be able to accept cash in Vegas, cash in south Florida prior to getting to Vegas (where I live), or Bank of America deposits / transfers. I could also possibly take PayPal although I’m not entirely sure how PayPal works so I would need someone to help set me up with an account and such.

I saw in your OP you only wanted to sell 70%. I edited my post after gray31 posted so he was before me. ( I had 10% written before hand). I believe if you take from gray31 and before and write me down as 15% than that brings you to 71% total. I am totally fine with only having 15 as opposed to 20. Don't feel obligated to sell more than you want.

okay thanks Mike, I messaged Grayson as well to see if he will take 15%, I can't sell 82% for the main because with markup I would still pocket $250 even if i don't cash and that's not fair to my investors and makes me look really bad
