My name is Ivin Arquiza, a 31 year-old grinder from the East Bay, California. This package is for tournaments taking place in Las Vegas, NV during the 2016 World Series of Poker and consists mainly of bracelet prelims. (Main Event package will be separate.) My aim was to base my package around the very high value tournaments, including the Colossus, the Milly Maker, the Monster Stack, etc. Doing so allows me to focus on these high-entrant events while having the low buy-in NLHE events as alternatives.

Refunds
Any unused buy-ins because of deep runs or personal reasons will be refunded to all investors including the markup.

Taxes
I will not withhold for taxes in the event of big score(s) as long as investors provide name, address, SS #. (All of this information can be provided with a simple W-9 form.) Otherwise I reserve to withhold 30% to meet my tax obligations.

Will probably be opening a few % for IRL friends who said they would get back to me. I didn't anticipate the package getting fully reserved so soon.

If this creates any concerns please let me know. Most likely won't put me over 60% sold. Also taking wait list.

Definitely understand wanting to sell friends sweat pieces. If you'd prefer to keep more of yourself you can reduce mine to 20 and keep the remaining 3% for friend sweats.

Really sorry to do this such short notice but in preparation for WSOP I just got in touch with good accounting advice and I have to cancel all my pieces as the W-9 form doesn't apply to foreigners and I'm going to get ****ed on taxes. I'm so sorry dude, I had no idea. This is my first time going to WSOP and every thread i'd previously seen talked about the W-9 form so I thought it'd be all good etc.

I hope you understand, I feel awful about the timing and hope you can get it sold in time.
