Philly NL/PLO mix home game: Starting July

Hey all -
I plan to start a rake-free home game in Philly, starting the first week of July. The game will be a NL and PLO, with games switching likely every 30 minutes.
Stakes will be relatively small, either 25c/50c or 50c/1. In addition, the button will pay an ante of 50c or 75c, depending on how many players are at the table.
I'd like this to be a regular -- and friendly -- game, hopefully at least once per week. My place is in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia. Some of you might already play with me in another home game in Fairmount. I'm simply hoping to expand upon that game's following.
