I think it's wrong because it sets up a terrible precedent.

I invested in one of SNE's package and he seems like a good guy and I'm not suggesting that this is a scam or he is running a scam but the concept behind this could be exploited by 2 posters if they wanted to.

It does and it doesn't set a terrible precedent. Sure, it suggests 2 people can get together to get a reduction on a payout; but those people can just as easily scam for the whole thing. In either case, the scammer loses all credibility, as is the case with OP.

I have bought alot of youhave' s action and all i can say is that this is totally uncharacteristic of him. I am not going to argue that this is very disrespectful to the marketplace/investors but can we absolutely rule out that something serious happened to him where he has not had access to a pc?

ya he was talking to me on aim on monday night but then quickly ended the conversation to watch the giants game, havent heard anything since. I assume it was on a computer, but some people have aim on their phones right? His responses were really quick though, so Id think it would have to be on a computer.

dude i mean its irrelevant whether he was on his phone or his computer or anything else - if he's alive he should be checking this thread and letting people know what's up. there are a million different ways he could check in, even if he didn't have a computer/internet access at home. (hint: internet cafe, etc.)

he hasnt been on aim since the one and only time I posted what he said, which was monday, when giants won world series a week ago. I was able to talk to him through someone today (I aimed them, and that person was texting with youhave2outs), since he wouldnt respond to me. He says he wants 24 hours to clear it up, so I guess I'll give him that.

For what its worth, I talked to Mike today(youhave2outs). I think he just has some personal stuff going on right now, but i can vouch for him that this is not his usual so there has to be some personal stuff going on with him right now. I have been in contact with Supernova and with Mike, kind of relaying messages, and Youhave2outs id deffanetly a stand up guy and will settle his debts. Should he have handled it differently idk b/c neither I or anybody really knows whats going on. So, no excuses for him and just coming from a previous horse and a good friend of his, everybody that hasnt got payed will get all there money. I hope this helps settle everybodys wonder of whether not hes a scam or not, deff not. Thanks everyone, steven

So i think fellow 2+ people might wanna know an inside view on the situation after talking to mike today. people that know me knew i would not back out from paying people money that i owed them.

i am well aware that it would have been right of me to come on a couple weeks ago when i heard from a friend there were problems; but i have had some very serious family issues going on, and this simply has not been a priority. i apologize to all those i have inconvenienced, and i will try to square everything off as soon as i can.

i hope it is noted that when all of these issues came up i posted in this thread, paid every single person off who posted, and then went M.I.A. over a serious family issue.
