There seems to be a glitch in the software and the tournament has been frozen/cancelled. The Big Blind has the option of shoving all in or folding. Will update when I find out more from UB. Here's a thread about it from the o8 section, it was the first one i could find...

Wow...your first package and this happens in the first tourney that you play....leave it to UB. This stuff seems to happen alot on there but they will iron it out fairly. Just keep us posted and good luck with the rest of the series!

Just in case you guys were not aware, UB's software glitched up, and UBOC O8 and mini UBOC o8 were cancelled and buyins refunded. There's another thread in "internet poker" as well, titled "Are you Cereus", besides the link I provided ITT.

To replace the cancelled event, I have added the mini ftops #14, which happens to be the same event and same buyin.

I am debating which event to add, to replace the UBOC Limit Omaha8. Below are a few options that I was debating on playing anyway.

WCOOP 9/07/2010, Triple Stud $215
WCOOP 9/09/2010, PLO8 6max 1r1a $215
WCOOP 9/24/2010, NL Omaha8 H/L $215

I actually prefer to play stud8 cash games as my main game of choice along with omaha8, but do not have alot of experience in stud8 tourneys, maybe less than 10. I did, however, cash in the massive stud8 mini SCOOP on stars for 16th out of close to 3000 people, which was the last time I played a stud format tournament.

I am leaning towards the NL Omaha8 H/L over the PLO8 6max, because I would need the 1r1a and I am not sure if you guys were looking to invest another $400 or $430 (not sure if rebuys and addon is $200 or $215).

Please share your opinions on this matter and let me know what you guys think. If you feel the alternative suggestions are not what you want to do, a full refund for the cancelled tournament is also an opton too. We have some time to work this out, since WCOOP does not start until first week of Sept. Let me know, guys~

My elimination hand. The orbit before, he raised w/ 9s2s and I flopped a K on a KTx board w/ two spades, I made two pair on the turn, and he called to hit flush on river. He ended up having KK this elimination hand. I believe if I just called the 3bet, I would most likely still go broke on this particular flop. Very disappointed...
