OK, sorry for the delay; I've finally willed myself to go through the depressing maths, and this is how the $1.15 splits, or as close as I can get, because you can't ship smaller than 1c
Even though it's virtually nothing, it's still your money, not mine; I'm gonna ship after posting this.
