Regrettably we cannot accept your recently submittd ATM receipts for verification purposes.
As part of our security procedures, we kindly request that you please provide the following documents, noting that we require the production of all the documents listed below:
1. A copy of a recent credit card statement for Mastercard ending 0909 - the statement must confirm your name, address and credit card details (only first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number should be visible)
2. Proof of your whereabouts from 6 October 2015 to 6 November 2015. We can accept a Bank or Credit Statement showing your full name and the transactions made during that period of time. We may also accept copies of any other valid documents made to your name which may help us verify your whereabouts during the period of time in question (receipts, ATM vouchers, etc).
If you only receive online bank statements you are welcome to send a screenshot of your statement, ensuring your name, current address, and a recent date are clearly visible. The image taken must be of the entire screen as the URL (the address of a web page on the internet) must be visible.
* If you are providing a Credit Card statement, the statement should show the first 6 and the last 4 digits of the card, and the rest of the numbers should be black out.
* If you are sending a Bank statement then, you will need to blacked out the whole account number
