[4:48:32 PM] Joe: #1 OnlyTheNuts agrees to provide NoNeed23Bet a bankroll to play 5nl and below on HighPulsePoker. The initial bankroll with be $75.
#2 NoNeed23Bet should play a minimum of 10 hours per week, although exceptions are ok as long as NoNeed23Bet talks to OnlyTheNuts about periods where we wont be playing 10 hours/week.
#3 Profits: Profits are to be split 50/50.
#4 Rakeback: All Rakeback should go back into the bankroll and treated as part of total profits.
#5 Splitting Profits: Profits are to be split up on a monthly basis. If at the end of a month total profits, meaning playing profits and all rakeback, are negative, no profits will be split and the negative figure will roll over into the next month.
#6 This agreement shall be terminable by OnlyTheNuts at any time. This agreement shall be terminable by NoNeed23Bet at any time while in profit. If NoNeed23Bet is in a period of makeup he will be required to finish out the current month of play.
#7 The playing limits will be increased to 10NL and below upon agreement by OnlyTheNuts and NoNeed23Bet or if NoNeed23Bet Profits 20 5NL buy-ins ($100).
