Yea I'm a really big bitch with variance (which is why I'm selling etc), with how he played i would have had a good sized edge prob for sure, but he played in such a way that over a small sample of hands the variance would have been enormous (not only his overall playstyle but his betsizings which were v overbet heavy on rivers esp), I'm a bitch

From a game point of view, how do you find playing 3-4 MTTs along with ~10 hypers? Does eventually get messy (I am sure you mastered this through years of experience)? Any tips and recommendation for beginners? Or would you rather suggest not to mix structures?

Hey thanks a lot guys , def was a good way to start the year . Here's what I'm planning to do...send the initial 5k back + another 5k to leave the br at 7k and change. Hopefully seems fine, seems like the optimal # to me

So for every 1% you had of Pack 1, you'll receive $100 for, and then I'll just note right on the spreadsheet -10k (and put profits sent/br reset or something) which will update the balance to the 7261 that will then be in the account.

I'll work on getting the funds sent in the next hours, I'm literally having to move my entire, massive grind station back to my bedroom in a few mins....is a 1hr+ project, but definitely before I play poker again I will have sent the money! Yea it's definitely just something you build up to over time. For me, the biggest thing is that I have my screen set up pretty damn optimally IMO, tables pop into my big, main stack and then I have 4 sng 'slots' for like bbl games of sats/hands i want to see/etc and then 6 more 'slots' so I can tile out all my MTTs which def helps with picking up reads and keeping up with gameflow etc

Main monitor looks like this (tables pop in the big, open space at top left obv), have another Dell 30 to the left that has HM2/lobby/some charts etc and then a 27" to the right of this monotor where I browse online/music/skype/netflix/etc




But yea, it's just something you have to build up to over time for sure, start off with lower # of tables and slowly add a cpl more sng tables and another mtt table and soon u can be 10-15 tabling hypers and 6 tabling mtts nps

I usually play tile when multitabling and often I loose other ppl actions. Moreover, I might play too many tables at the same time.

I have started a challenge this year (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/17...t-mtt-1579262/) and I must keep a strong mindset not to go broke, bankroll management. This implies playing very low stakes at the beginning.
Hence, I have started playing 10 6max hypers and, although running very bad, I think that they are too many just yet, and I sometime miss action. Need to lower the number to 6 or 7.

Playing also 6max hyper sats (veeery low stakes), the change of the hyper sat lobby now implies playing the target tournament.
I will try to emulate your layout and see if there is (no doubt about it) any benefit!

Maybe investing some $$$ on Table Ninja would be beneficial as well...

Everybody should have received $100 for each 1% they had in Pack 1; I updated the spreadsheet as well, hopefully all makes sense. Easiest way to bring the balance from the $17,261 to $7261 after sending 10k out was to put it under 'investor cost' as that auto tallies and auto updates the running BR...let me know if you have any questions
