if you have the address, the real name and proof the mo was cashed, you should complain to his local police dept for theft by deception (or whatever the crime is called in his particular state.) PM me the state and ill tell u exactly what your complaints going to be....

If I were YOU, I'd Post his address, phone number, zip, and everything you got on this guy in everywhere you might get more info on this guy. I would drive 10 hours just to beat this guy completely senseless. i'd slit his cheek to teach him this is what you gotta do to earn/scam $420 from me, he might be missing a couple fingers or toes, but thats depends on the amount of adrenaline pumpin'... May sound harsh, but getting played like this for over 2 months would drive me 'almost' insane, and the guy is obviously scum and would deserve his permanent smile...( i've obviously seen batman )

And.. if you knew his address, and he actually moved, its Very, Very easy to find out where exactly he moved to..

Ok I've tried to give this guy time before I posted anymore but he's still blowing me off. Here's who I sent the $100 to Full Tilt and the address I sent the $320 money order to. He says he's moved to some place called Breckenridge. I don't even know what state that's in. Are there any legal paths I can take to get my money back or am I just screwed? I live in WV so I can't just go to Colorado or wherever. Thanks for any advice.

Well I've had enough waiting around. I called the Boulder police department and was told to file a fraud report where I live and it would get to Boulder. The police said I had to file it from where I live so I'll be there tomorrow or Thursday. Quit screwing around Danny. I can see on your profile page you've been signing on every day so you're clearly ignoring my pm's for whatever reason. I want my money back NOW.
