As far as the rooms now available, we have 2-3 people who seem fairly interested so we will probably make a decision in the next day or two. Anyone else interested who is likely to stay 2+ months can shoot me a PM.

Possibly, but it'd be more and it'd have to be right when we'd have an opening (for example June 1st - 15th). And coxquinn would have to give it the OK as well. PM him.
