as title, I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2bed/2bath apartment. I haven't found an apartment yet but I'm really fond of this one

The 2br apartment can possibly go for $2900/mon for 14 months. I just checked out the property and it has tons tons of balling amenities. Gym, Spa, heated pool, wireless everywhere, etc.

Anyone interested? I plan on moving in around Nov.

I also don't mind we meet up and apart hunt together.

nothing happened, we get along very well, she's a nice girl. it's just I can't stand that my room gets super hot in the morning cuz it's facing east and the management doesn't allow me to put a window unit A/C cuz they want to make the outside of the building look clean. So...my room feels like a free Sauna in the morning and the afternoon. That's why I want to move out again.

my brother dates/dated a model who lives in the Palazzo , pretty young and hip crew - wicked place to live to get your name on lists and if you drive a 3 series you will be laughed at.

you know you could be buying a new condo in San Diego (between 4th ave and 9th ave for less then 2900 a month) and catching a solid profit on the upswing.
