Room for rent in Summerlin house - Buffalo & Lake Mead *closed*

Since Craigslist is full of bums and weird people, maybe I will find someone normal on here that wants to rent a room in a nice house with IMO the best location in LV.
One of my roommates just moved out, so we have an open bedroom that is about 11x11 and can either be furnished with a bed/dresser/nightstand or unfurnished. I'm 27, self employed, and I work from home and play poker on the side 5-6 days/week. My roommate is a 30 year old female paralegal, and she's only here 3-4 days a week. The bathroom would be shared with her, but is kept clean. We do have two dogs, both very laid back and friendly, one Boxer and one Shih Tzu, and she takes the Shih Tzu with her when she's out of the house. You must be a dog lover as there may be times when you are the only one home with the dog(s), but they are very easy to take care of and low maintenance.
The house is about 1900 square feet, has a two-car garage which can be used when my roommate is not home, private pool in back yard, and hardwoods and tile throughout the first floor. We have a 59" plasma TV in the main room with home theater setup, Xbox 360, Netflix, and DirecTV including HBO/Showtime with whole-home DVR and the upgraded box that records up to 5 shows at a time with 1000 hours of storage space. Also have NFL Sunday Ticket Max during football season, paid for by me. A DirecTV box can also be set up in your room. A maid will come once a month for cleaning and the yard is maintained by a landscaping company. Our landlords are great and always get any problems taken care of immediately (I've been living in this house for a year now). This is not a party house, but we both do drink and can discuss 420 policy in PMs. Absolutely no hard drug use tolerated.
The house is located off Buffalo and Lake Mead in Summerlin in a very nice and safe area with plenty of restaurants/stores/highway access within a mile from the house. Local grocery stores include Trade Joes, Whole Foods, Fresh & Easy, Albertsons, Vons, and the 99c store all in the same area.
The rent is $550/month including all utilities. I pay $1400/month for rent plus the utilities, so my total cost is usually around $1800-2000/month and I am just trying to recoup some of that cost. We currently have a 6-month lease extension that ends on July 31, 2013, so you would need to be added to the lease and willing to commit to at least the 6-month timeframe, possibly longer if you want to stay after that.
Must be able to pass a background check, have stable income/savings, and references are helpful. If you are only playing poker and have no other income from a "real job", proof of savings with bank statement will be required. Prefer a non-smoking younger roommate in their 20's or early 30's. A small dog may be ok with additional deposit, but must be housetrained, non-destructive, and get along with our dogs.
