We have a master bedroom opening in our 4 bedroom 2500 sq ft house on the 7th of june. Its a nice sized room with a connected office and a good sized master bathroom with tub, dual head shower, and walk in closet. The cost of the room is $850/month wich includes utilities (basic cable/internet/water/gas/electric). All arrangements are month to month with a mandatory 30 days notice.

The house is located off of Buffalo and Lake Mead in desert shores about 10-15 min NW of the strip with easy access to the 95 and 15. We are in a nice community called desert shores wich has 4 man made lakes (with fishing) and a nice community park with pool and basketball court etc.

Current tenants : My name is Luke, I moved here from San Francisco last august and originaly from San Antonio. Im 28 and am primarily an MTTer. Like to play livements as much as possible and should be playing a lot in June.

Getty (Gettym) : MTTer and long time 2p2er. 21 yr old from San Antonio.

and Pete (dreamchaser) : 30 yr old plays mostly hypers and MTTs online.

We are all pretty chill laid back guys.Most days involve putting in a lot of time online and then going out for dinner/drinks afterwords. Most dinners end with CCR wich i am running like god in atm.

Almost fogot to mention the 5th tenant, my black lab named Willie. Hes super friendly, house trained and loves to be around people.

definitely can vouch for the group of guys in the house. everyone is def laid back and easy to get along with... my house will definitely be hanging out with all these guys frequently

Ya, these guys are all good fun and easy to get along with. Though I think there's a german that runs like jesus in chinese. I lived there for the first 3 months of the year. The room is awesome and I doubt any pictures will do it justice. You basically have your own appartment in the house.

Considering this, keep me posted on pics. I wouldn't have a car, how difficult, pricey etc. would it be to get to the strip without one?

You could take the bus to the Strip (guessing it would probably take ~ 1 hr) although it wouldn't be pleasant.

My advice would be to buy something cheap, semi-reliable with AC for like 2k.
