I'm not really sure what to add, if you want to post the docket number that would probably quiet any authenticity concerns.

Like I said before, this really isn't a case for the 2+2 Court. These guys did rental business in person and should probably go the legal route, as you did, if their dispute can't be resolved.

Also it's not okay to post phone numbers/contact info. You can give that to individuals who require it by email or something if necessary, that specific info was deleted. However if that Craigslist story is true that's pretty depressing just the same.

For all of the bravado about going to court, this one was settled by default judgment.

Yes, some issues are civil, and some are criminal.

I have to laugh at the offer by 4G24BM to meet at the police station. I would love to meet him there. By the way, my favorite poker game is Whiskey Dick's.

Up to you guys to continue to associate with people who scam other people......

I went to the el dorado county superior court website... couldnt get a hit on that case number though. maybe im doing it wrong.

also, ill be honest, your initial method of authentication strikes me as a bit odd.

"cAll this dude at a bar in tahoe and hell bear out my story..." idk.... if you are who you say you are (either the realtor or owner of the house) i would think there would be better ways to verify that.

Le Gonso, what would you like? A copy of the eviction notice that was tacked on to the front door frame? A copy of the summary judgement ? Can work with you on court verification. Imagine it's best not to post here, but have you verify for the group. Not sure how to contact for private message.... As bad as I got scammed, it was worse for the Craig's List scam. Would like for you to verify that, can provide the proper info for that too.

Ship it to me by private message, I won't post it in the forums. If you have a scanner you can just save the photos and upload them to imageshack or open a photobucket account to host them. Click on my name and contact info you'll find the private message tab, send me links to whatever. A copy of judgment is fine, it won't be difficult to verify one way or the other.

Either way I'm looking to wrap this up once and for all, this has gone on long enough. OP is still around and PM'd me so I guess he'll respond soon, I don't know

Documents from the court judgement and sheriff's eviction scanned and available for you to view. PM message sent to you.

Documents have official signatures and department stamps. Also gave you the contact name and phone number of the head clerk of the court for El Dorado Superior Court.

Should be pretty obvious that just denying a scam doesn't work anymore...

I received 4 pages' worth of what certainly appear to be authentic, legal documents as described above. 4G24BM assured me within the last 24 hours that he had no legal issues or eviction so this is the end of the road for his story.

I was provided a few points of contact with the courts but I don't see that being necessary, I'm certainly convinced. OP is banned.
