It looks like one of my roommates MAY be moving out, so I'm posting this thread to check the interest level on someone renting out the room.

The house is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in Summerlin, corner lot with a pool & jacuzzi. It is NOT a baller house, but is a nice house in a suburban neighborhood with a nice park with tennis courts, etc. across the street. Easy freeway access, about 20 min. to the strip. We're all late 20's, early 30's, so this is not the house for you if you're looking to party a lot. If you're looking for reliable roommates who are pretty down to earth, then you've found your house.

The room itself is pretty standard (10' x 10', I believe) with a jack-and-jill bathroom. There's an extra bathroom downstairs if your roommate is using your bathroom. Plenty of storage area throughout the house if you have extra stuff.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who's planning to stay past the WSOP, but I will consider a short term rental if you plan to be here the entire summer. I most likely will be able to provide a fully furnished room if you want short term. Rent is $540/mo. + utils.

I'd likely be interested. Only for the WSOP, but I will be there the whole time - June 1 until maybe July 10 or so. Does that work?

I'm 30, laid back, pro mixed game player, responsible, non-smoking, blah blah. The little bit of partying I might do would be out on the town somewhere, not in house. Have references from well-known 2+2ers.

Room is move-in ready. As it turns out, my two roommates in the smaller bedrooms are going to stay put, so I'm actually renting out the larger 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom. Price is $650/mo. + utilities if you're planning on staying here past the WSOP, or a flat $800/mo. if you just want the room during the WSOP. I can provide the room fully furnished as shown below.
