Guys, I'm staying at the house now, it truly is baller.

This place would easily rent for like $1300/person in a big US city like Chicago (I lived there for 2 years in the expensive River North area).

Kudos to Quinn for renting this place out.

What intersections in BKK is it at? Judging from primesitemm location, Sukhumvit. Soi ? Im going out there for a couple of months after christmas on a student visa. Was looking at the condos but they are like 180ft2 for 35000 baht a month. Are they all like that? Reminds me of that Sienfield episode where Kramer keeps the Japenese in his drawers. Anyways let me know. Hope your able to extend the lease. Note: I play quite a bit of online poker, but Im going out there with money to last me a while. Anything I win while playing goes to the bar fund.

I am all booked up until Jan 15th in manila, Macau and Kaohsiung.

Will the house still be in your possession during Feb?

If so, could I rent from Jan 15th - Feb 15th?

Sorry for the lack of updates. My lease on the house is up this month and I personally will not be renewing it. I've emailed the current members of the house to see if there is any interest but I highly doubt it.

Basically, the baller house will end on January 31, 2010.

If anyone is seriously interested in assuming the lease please PM me.

Why are there different types of Thai massages? You don't see "American massage #1," and "American massage #2, " do you?

Kind of neat to see a country be so proud of little things, though. Like a small town being proud of its heritage as the place where some famous civil war battle was fought. Or Canada having all those polar bears.
