Help - find someone to fix curtains/blinds in NYC

I was staying with my friend in NYC, I broke the curtains/blinds (not really sure what they are technically) by pulling the string/rope at the wrong angle.
Called a few places the apartment management recommended, can't get in contact with anyone. Google isn't really helping.
Must be a company that has insurance, or the apartment won't let them in apparently. (You can only find this out by actually calling, I think)
Will pay $5 to the first person that can give me a number/details of a company that will do this. Deal must go through. Can pay Paypal or Stars.
Preferably as close to Times Square as possible, don't want to pay ridic travel fees.
