The only difference is that this computer just had the hard drive replaced at the apple store (forum shops) about a week ago on August 8th. It was not only replaced but upgraded to a much better 250GB AND 7200RPM HDD they happened to have in stock. You can see the picture of the work receipt below for ZERO dollars through the APPLECARE that is valid until March 28th of next year.

In the interest of full disclosure, the body does have some dings and scratches. Fair to say above average usage marks. But I assure you they are all purely cosmetic. The computer works perfectly. When the hard drive was replaced all other diagnostics were run by the apple people.

dalchan has not been in contact since saying we'd meet last night. this isn't to call him out as there is every possibility that he has good reason for it. just saying that the computer is available and not sold.
