I appreciate the advice. I don't do this often, but can tell you I don't have tilt issues and didn't mind putting in the heavy hours today. Was entertaining because I had someone sweating me most of the day, so conversation, stories, etc.

11 hours in 1 day is definitely out of the norm! Didn't play great at 200nl, but the 8 hours I put in after that at 100nl were fine, just very slow/some coolers.
