What type of concepts are you attempting to apply to your game?
-------------------
As for your hand you posted above, I've left my thoughts below:
1. The 0.63 raise pre by villain should not feel super strong to you. You would assume that a good player would make a larger raise (0.90?) given that there is a limp in front of them. The fact that the player raised to 0.63 means that the player either read somewhere that the standard pre-flop raise is 2.5x the BB and just decided to go with it. Regardless, you guys are playing 120 big blinds deep, so even if you think they are making a small raise to "bait you into the flop", your implied odds are too good.
2. I would consider raising flop. You are vs. two opponents who can have a variety of hands that will call, and there are some bad turn cards (heart, J) that may kill your action
3. Given that you did not raise the flop, I would consider not raising the turn (not because I think villain has a flush, but I've found that most of the time, villain won't call here without a flush).
4. If you are gonna raise the turn, I'd make the size bigger (probably $16 or $17 total). Gives villain worse direct odds at trying to draw to a flush with a hand like AhAx or KhKx, as well as less implied odds if he makes his flush.
5. As played on river, I'd lean towards folding, unless you want to bluff-catch.

What are you doing for Thanksgiving rubrub? Last we heard regarding your family, you left your parents' house to sleep in your car because you couldn't make curfew. Are you invited back for Thanksgiving dinner?
My advice regarding you posting graphs (as I've said before in your thread, and you either ignored or didn't see) is...posting a 300-400 hand sample means next to nothing for everyone viewing this thread. If you really want to post PT graphs, then I would suggest posting a graph of all of your activity over the given month, or even the given week. A 400 hand graph doesn't mean a whole lot.
Good luck, assuming you recognize a couple of the questions that I have asked you, I will plan to follow on twitch if you're streaming when i'm online
