Time for an update
Month so far only z100
Pretty boring stuff, lots of swings, some bad plays ofc but overall a good quality grind.
One of my last coaching sessions on BTS I committed that I would implement good habits to deal with my mindset and make it stronger.
I failed hard.
My goal was to start implementing exercises/meditation/better nutrition on my daily routine, I basically did none of those, except for a session of meditation on the first day.
Since it's #nevertoolate I went for a 5km run (almost died) today in the morning. I just want to make it every day for the next 21 days to turn it into a habit. I will do it one by one, I believe if I try to implement everything together it's just gonna be too hard, altho implementing meditation wouldn't be too hard since it only takes me 10min before the first session of the day
Hopefully turning it public makes me work harder.
