Alright, let's see the June resume.

1) Play good volume but low-quality poker on the second half of the month. I'm not happy with the way of my behavior while playing. Too many fast plays/unfocus sessions.
I'll try to focus on that for the month.

2) The results were good in a certain way but the move up is not amazing yet, there's a big chance of moving down. I don't really care, main focus is to play quality poker and what happens later we can't control.

Been working a lot on my mindset game and I'm feeling pretty hopeful with my improvement in this area. Been putting a lot of work into reviewing hands with friends and coaches aswell.

Yes Kizzah, it's 4 zoom tables. It's being pretty sick and I'll definitely not put this volume in September. I have a lot of new things to do on work which are taking more time and I'm actually pretty happy with it since a lot of them improve my game anyways.

I decided to force my self to learn how to play 4 tables. The beginning was tough but after 50k hands, I was pretty used to it.

Time for an update

Month so far only z100



Pretty boring stuff, lots of swings, some bad plays ofc but overall a good quality grind.

One of my last coaching sessions on BTS I committed that I would implement good habits to deal with my mindset and make it stronger.
I failed hard.

My goal was to start implementing exercises/meditation/better nutrition on my daily routine, I basically did none of those, except for a session of meditation on the first day.

Since it's #nevertoolate I went for a 5km run (almost died) today in the morning. I just want to make it every day for the next 21 days to turn it into a habit. I will do it one by one, I believe if I try to implement everything together it's just gonna be too hard, altho implementing meditation wouldn't be too hard since it only takes me 10min before the first session of the day

Hopefully turning it public makes me work harder.

Been going out to run every day, it's being a nice painful experience

Nutrition still pretty bad
The only day I missed some exercise was Sunday, such a busy day. End up seeing myself at bed at 11 pm having eaten a huge amount of food rofl.

Yesterday was rly tough, so much muscle pain, but I did run anyways. My plan today is to make a long walk with the dog.


In poker everything is fine, had a marathon session on Saturday, end up 1k up and the month is good again
