I decided to create a new challenge thread. I dont have a lot of time for the moment to create this thread, so I will keep it short.

- Played up to 100 NL in the past
- Kinda quit poker after my daughter was born
- Now my son is born and I am gonna try to grind up a decent roll for 100nl zoom

- current roll is appr 1,3k
- I will continue at 25NL Zoom and will take shots at 50NL ZOOM when Im played good.

Now Ill play a small session and update tomorrow.

I will post my 531 weightlifting progress in here and some other stuff I do.

Yesterday:
Benchpress 531 week 1 -65kg*5 -75kg*5 -87.5 kg*5 . The last set I barely made my prescribed reps, I might do a deload next cycle but for now I will see how the rest of my bench cycle goes. If I fail any reps I will deload.
JM Press 5*10@40 kg floorpress 1 set*20 reps @15 kg
For those of you who dont know 531:

Now for poker,

I had a decent session yesterday.
Hands: 980
Won +44,80

Hand Review:

Hand 1.

I should have made a fold somewhere in the hand. Looking back at it, being out of position I should have reraised flop. 100 hands on villain, he plays 30/28.

I was thinking to call the raise and let him bluf. But when the flush completes I should have made a fold, especially on the river I think.

            Only 15 hands on villain.
When in the hand I thought he might do this with some kind of draw or AT/33.
Looking back at it, playing his flusdraw like this doenst really make sense, since he is in position.

I've played 10k hands since last weekend but only won like $50.

I started the week good, but after the weekend I started playing bad mostly bc I played tired. The last part of the week was ok, I think I played good, but made some mistakes, ran into some coolers.

One of my leaks seems to be calling too much from the blinds vs co en bu, even vs a wide range I think it might be better 3-betting or folding with marginal hands. Although this is villain dependend.

According to my database from this month, my bb/100 in sb is -91 and in sb is -30 when co or button opens and I either fold or call. When I call Im down -22 bb.

My bb/100 when 3-betting from the blinds is 421
This doesnt seem right? I might be doing something wrong with my filter.

I will look into it later on. For now I will review a few bad hands and play a session.
