This is obviously your main problem, need to slow down a little.

Going up any level can be a little stressful especially when taking aggressive bankroll shots because its a do or die scenario and there is more edge to it, which in effect puts more pressure on to win straight away.

I hope you do stay at $25 until you have at least $1.5k and then you can take a shot without being firmly in the hands of variance.

With your worth ethic and volume there is no real need to panic when it comes to SN, there is still just under 5 months left so there is plenty of time.

Poker is not a game of steadiness, atleast for the majority it isn't, maybe you should already try smth else?

If I were you I would seriously consider hiring a coach, if you do your research theres some good ones out there. From your results and your graphs you must still have some leaks that you are not spotting and a good coach may be able to pick up on these because those leaks will highlight themselves as you try and move up. The money that it costs will easily cover itself in the long run.

Klaric in the coaching forum looks pretty good but I've had no contact with him and he may be a touch too expensive for what you are looking for.

Threads13 from DC was very good when I worked with him when I was playing 6 max. Lots of maths based work and very good at pointing out leaks.

Guy im working with at the moment seems very good so far, KnoxItAll, but it's mainly HU but he plays a lot of short handed and does have a FR background. He does name your price coaching so if your looking for a bargain from an excellent player he may be worth a shout for you.

Both him and threads are very reasonably priced for the levels you are playing.

Cmon man ... get it together

The **** hits the fan every now and again ..it happens.

You could be in a worse place .. my place !

Im going through a personal poker hell on merge right now ... and thats only 4 tabling .. so a 11 buyin cash table downswing in 5k hands is coupled with a 16 buy in downswing in the DONs in my last 36 or so.

You can imagine how frustrating this is when your only playing only 2 - 4 tables... seems to be dragging on forever !

it does, which i thoguht i understood but i definitely wasnt prepared for it :/.

bolded is the worst part, everytime u think uve regained focus, log in then drop 2 BI's in 500 hands, its another kick in the balls.

gl getting out ur DS.

your problem is your taking shots with too short of a roll

so when the inevitable run bad hits it is much more psychologically painful because you can see such a huge portion of your roll go.

im not saying be super over rolled as there is obv an opportunity cost but say getting to 25 BI and taking 5 BI shots would still be an improvement.

Enforce stop losses and stop playing when your titled.

obviously these are all things that are easy to say and hard to actually put into pracice.

Ive found that simply putting a post it note on my screen with the message "chill the **** out take a break" works wonders.

It often only takes 5 minutes to cool back down and resume your grind

some hands from today, idk whether there fine and im jst doubting myself or they're mistakes.

villain 31/14 over 44 hands, has c/r 1/3 times on flop and 1/1 on turn, raise cbet 50% (2/4) fold to cbet 0/. i think if he can play his 2 pairs like this like Q8/QJ/J8 and probably raises JJ/88, maybe AQ/KQ on flop then stacking off here is ok.

villain 54/23, 66.7% 3bet over 13 hands, c/r turn 1/1, i think he can raise any Ax here, has some 9x like 9Ts, 89s, J9s, 97s but ofc unlikely he has 99 which leaves 77. think this one is a fold.
