in villains shoes i think shoving makes zero sense for two reasons. a) u would fold QQ and JJ pretty much every time b) u fold missed fd's quite a bit c) u snap straights trips and boats

so by checking he negates a) and b) and makes u think u have fold equity when inreality he only needs to be right less than 30% of the time. u got pwned in that hand sorry to say bro

i also think u should fold turn.

i felt owned after the hand, dnt rly like someone reading my soul at 10nl :s.

i only called flop and turn cos he had like 16% 3bet from SB and 18% from BB and bombed flop/turn so aggressively, was rly passive on river but had 12% WTSD so i was reading it as he'll bet/bet/c/f a lot. bad board to do it on tho imo.

my biggest losses are coming from the blinds, its destroying my red line and my WR so i need help.

im -38 from SB and -50 from BB, my W$WSF is lowest from the blinds.

also i never flat hands in the BB vs the SB so im guessing im missing value here.

when i 3bet im 90bb/100 in SB and 174bb/100 in BB.

what kind of hands vs villains are u flatting in blinds, like if CO opens, what villains/hands do you want to flat rather tahn 3bet or fold?

Its really hard to say and a lot depends how well you play post flop along with how the villain plays.

You really need to have villains position stats close at hand when in the BB and the SB is opening because some Tags will open say 20% where as others will be opening 70%. Obviously the wider the range the wider we can defend. If someone is opening wide i prefer to flat and play the hand in position against a wide range where we should make quite a bit of profit.

You are right though your blind loss rates are quite high. Recommended rates are -20bb/100 from the sb and -40bb/100 from the BB but really you should be aiming for -10 and -20bb from sb and bb respectively.

not sure yet, i decided against going with citizenwind cos when i mentioned his name in another thread, there was nothing but bad responses about him.

so far i've jst started to 3bet more, i was 3betting 6-8% from SB/BB and now 13-16% but i think i was missing far too many oppurtunities and with the amount of nit's/tag-fish in zoom, it's very profitable. will see what its like after a larger sample though.

Most players cant play well out of position so although you probably make money by 3betting you probably should make more by calling and then calling a flop cbet knowing that they will play pretty honestly from then on.

As someone who steals a ton I would rather have a player 3betting or folding against me in SB V BB situations rather than flatting and me having to play OOP.

thats a good point, but at the same time i still think it's very difficult to cold call and win pots from the blinds.

i'll try to think more about situations where i can flat and play some poker, rather than 3betting or folding.

If you just flatted ... just think of the all the passive types waiting in the wings licking their lips and calling with pocket pairs and AK etc ..
