I'm starting this thread for an extra bit of motivation so I don't wake up so frequently telling myself "I don't feel like playing today".

I have my living expenses covered for at least 1 year, so there's no pressure in that regard.

The only long term objective is to build as big a bankroll as possible. Short term I'd like to end the year with an adequate roll to play ~$8 ABI. I'm a pretty successful micro-low stakes grinder so that should be doable.

I've already played a bit yesterday so BR is actually at $122.34 right now.

Whats your game plan like?

I'll just be playing anything I have 100BI for. At least for stuff under $20, since I know I beat those games.

Not just 180s, basically all SNGs at this level. Will continue to mix 45s and 180s until I reach a big enough bankroll to play just MTTs.

Nice upswing how many tables do you prefer to multi-table?

At these micro levels up to 25. Basically as many as possible since SNG decisions are very easy once you get your ranges down.

When I get back to scheduled MTTs I'll be playing 12-15.

$1 90man turbos and 180 reg speed should help pad your roll if you ain't playing them already.

also the $1 180 hypers are pretty soft, try them out if you havent already

The last few sessions have been pretty absurd. Gotta keep grinding and push through.

I've also started adding sats to Bigs & Hots. Not really sure if it's optimal but it's nice to have an opportunity for a huge score every session.

So the graph is going back up, as planed. Gotta say I didn't expect it to take me so long to reach the $2.5 180s. I'm only running at 25% ROI right now in SNGs and my EV is probably closer to double that.

The main problem here is 180s and 360s, I'm down ~$40 in them, which is pretty unfortunate since they should be the most profitable. On the other hand I'm doing fine in the 45s and crushing the 90s. Of course the samples for each are pretty meaningless.

In the next few days I should reach $250 and have enough to start taking shots at the $2.5 180s. Hopefully I'll be able to bink a couple and then I'll really be on my way.

Today was a good day

Made another FT in a turboment, but this time I closed it out. Also made a bit in SNGs, so bankroll is sitting pretty right now. Tomorrow I'll be able to play the first proper MTT session.

Just a small update. Not much to report from the last few days. Just started playing some higher buyin MTTs and SNGs. Made quite a few 180 final tables actually, but got ****ty 5ths or 6ths every time. Better luck in the future.

So today I played exclusively MTTs, peaked at around 12 tables I think. It was a nice change of pace from the usual 20 tabling clickfest. Ended the day with just under 30 MTTs played.

Was really on top of my game and think I made close to zero mistakes. Just lost the standard flips/coolers, but that's fine.

So apparently I'm good at making micro turbo final tables. Flipping is a skill.



Over the next few days I think I'll be focusing on the 180s and 45s. Made some adjustments to my ranges and want to try them out and see if I can increase my short stack bb/100.

Other than that I managed a few SNG scores and so I finished the day up. I'm really liking where my game is at right now. Overall my ranges are a lot cleaner, especially post flop, and this really shows in my bb/100.
