So I was feeling really good and ready for my session... You know "Nothing matters, just play your best, s**t happens, work hard, all will be good" yada yada... And of course the session starts badly.

STOP! Chris, are you sure you are not tilting here? Hmm, seems I was playing some hands almost "defensively" or something trying to lose LESS money than I MIGHT if it got all in or something. Hmm...

So, got my s**t together and played as though it REALLY DOES NOT MATTER...

MISTAKES ARE GOOD - they are a feedback loop (reminder to self).

And... Fortunately the session turned around nicely. I was cents away from initial stop loss at one stage but in the end made it up to a nice (but small) win. It was nice to make some hands for a change!

So I went to a top school and did ****. Teachers said I was disruptive, ignorant and lazy - basically a ****. Parents wanted me to do better - couldn't so felt ****. My parents wanted me to be an accountant and go to university but I did **** at school and hated the thought of that anyway - felt ****.

Took me a lot of years to realise the education system and expectations of parent's were total bull**** for me (as they are for many many people).

Took me a lot of years to realise the affect it had on me too.

Who is happy now? I'm the happiest ************ alive and it cannot be taken away!!!

In paragraph's 1 & 2 above **** rhymes with bit and begins with "sh" - it sounds better if you put it in yourself!

P.S. Is my parent happy with ME now? Erm, I doubt it!!!

There are ***holes out there selling get rich ebooks for $$$'s. There are ***holes out there buying them (been there). And the truth is, it's not even fulfilling to get rich quickly. It's total bull****.

Find something you want to do for the rest of your life (or at least something you are good at that you can handle doing). Put in the hard work, have some patience and JUST ****ING DO IT!!!

There are no shortcuts - nobody ever got rich quick in a fulfilling manner.

If you are not interested in being rich (like me) then FFS find something you enjoy doing and get the hell out of the ***tty rat race!!!!!!

This was a crazy session! If it was not such a short session I would say villains could see my cards!

My opens faced a 3b 30% of the time and I had "trash" so my fold v 3b was 87%!!!!

My 3 bets faced a 4bet 20% of the time and I folded 100%.

Not complaining, was just "funny". Actually I guess I am happy that it did not affect me!

Actually nearly insta sat out after losing the 2 medium pots at ~1050 hands mark (top two pair < set but thankfully he played passive as hell and T high flush < king high flush likewise) so I'll take it!

There is close to no way you should have a f3b of 87 after >1000 hands especially if you're being 3b often. You need to work on leaks this obvious!

In my hand reviews for coach lately there have been too many hands where I don't bet big with nuts or versus fish with good hands. He did not call me a pussy this time but did use the "F" word several times. This works for me so hopefully I can get out of this weak habit...

If there's one thing I've changed a bit lately it's bet sizing and mainly against fish. It's important to start betting big early in the hand especially to start building the pot against them.
