One of those days where they beadCooler you every hand, still have 10 MTTs but not much of a potential.

Sometimes you just have to be patient... Today is the first day where I played 80MTTs in a single session, probably because once I reg to MTT then I instantly out from another... All major MTTs lost to a brutal beats where I go allin OTT -> they call me and get there OTR :F anyway looking forward to final table some of remaining MTTs

Luck in poker!

As luck is non physical -> I was thinking about smth that is beyond physical. How to increase luck? how to increase so called "karma" and stuff and came to that conclusion:

1. Don't swear during session. (well.. don't swear at all) - it creates negative waves and therefore negativity would follow you anywhere if you are in negative mood so to speak.

2. Stay positive to matter what! - positive waves would help you achieve positive results when you flipping for example

You might ask how it affect us and how it works? well... this is became known more and more nowadays and I wouldn't be surprised if most of you already know it but I will post it here:

I'am talking about Dr. Masaru Emoto water experiments:

Quote:
Through the 1990′s, Dr. Masaru Emoto performed a series of experiments observing the physical effect of words, prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure of water. Emoto hired photographers to take pictures of water after being exposed to the different variables and subsequently frozen so that they would form crystalline structures. The results were nothing short of remarkable..
Here is link to his site and you can find bunch of videos on youtube as well: http://www.highexistence.com/water-experiment/

As we are as humans aprox 70-75% consist of water then I can logically assume that we are affected by anything

Meditation could help with controlling your thoughts, you can remove negativity from your mind and therefore you as a water would have beautiful structure and so on

Me myself trying to achieve this by meditation and by just being aware of this stuff as it has been practically proven.

Hope that was helpful for you

Crush!!

I'am doing guided (binaural beat) meditation 2-3 times a week in order to have out of body experience which I had several times so far.
In addition to that I'am doing 5-10 min breathing meditation 2 times a week.
and finally I'am doing running meditation - Basically when I'am running for an hour or two, I try to focus on present moment and breathing and try to push other thought away.

well it is hard to do smth if you don't know why you are doing this, but once you know through practice what meditation really is and what benefits it has -> then you will have motivation to do it
It is hard to explain, you have to experience and understand it yourself through practice. 5-10 min a day is not alot, but once you master it do a degree where you can push away any unwanted thoughts and always be in a present moment with thoughts that are making you happy = this is the level you want to achieve (That is the level I want to achieve )

GL!

5-10 minutes a day wouldnt be that much of a problem. I managed to meditate 20 minutes and normally its very very hard for me to sit still and do nothing for that long.
Right now I should meditate at least 30 minutes a day and on the weekend even longer. Idk if I think that its a time spew, maybe Im missing instant gratification or I am just too lazy. most of the time I really enjoyed meditation till now.

Don't force meditation. That's going against what meditation should be doing for you.

If you can only apply 5 minutes of time, do that.

I agree with GizYaChips, you start with 5 min and extend it over time comfortably... at least this is what suggested and what I'am doing don't force meditation, otherwise you risk loosing interest in it.

if you play ~15 micro/small stake MTTs a day, all with 100-500 entrants, and assuming you're a good player, how often would you say you should be getting to final tables on average?

anyway good luck mate, looks like you're crushing!
