If you think the hands he calls 3bs with its hard for him to bluff with any of them. If he checks back A highs.
That being said he played his hand very bad.
I agree with you and his allin in my eyes looked like Jx type of hand where we chopping. I didn't expect him to have Qx at all... but taking in to consideration that he is reg and pretty successfull -> I can assume that he had a plan for this hand.
BUT on the other side if he thought that I might do wide range 3bet against him, then preflop call is kinda ok and flop call is also fine with intention to bluff scary turn or river or hit T or Q and go to showdown.
So all in all he played it pretty fine against my range and got lucky.
