Its hard to make a conclusion from this graph. But I am pretty sure youll get your positive results soon. You are lucky to have a coach on your side. So, keep on working and grind that ****.

Thanks for support. Agreed with drawing too big conclusions other than that variance and card distribution has a bigger effect then people can realize imo.

So first day of the week to an end, put in alot of hours and heres the graph:

3.294/15.000 hands for the week, so Im little ahead right now. Problem was it wasnt enough action early on the day so was 3-4 tabling alot, and didnt 5 table until later hours. Ran semi-cold as I didnt hit much until I ran into 2 heaters at hands 1.500-1.700 and 3.100-3.300 which ended up giving me a decent profit for the day. In general a good day.

All losing hands 90bb+ looks very standard in at first glance. Will try get someone from skype or my coach to look trough them with me and make sure its not anything spewy. Can be hard to detect yourself close after the session. I can however post some winning hands for your enterainment until tomorrow where I might post some interesting hands if they are worthwhile.

Hand 3: In game I would check. Against most fish I think its better to lead the turn. Fish are never folding trips, but will check back scared of AA.

He 3bets 10% on CO, 16% on BU. Hes a decent thinking play who might take it a step too far sometimes in leveling wars and he has been 3betting me frequently IP this session.

I agree leading turn is probably better for balance and might allow me to have more fold equity. This is the same guy as previous hand. We had a somewhat similar hand previous to this one:

In some cases its definately good enough for a squeeze. Here was MP2 (CO) opening pretty wide and BU calling very often aswell, and our hand is good enough to 3bet in this spot. I wouldnt squeeze if lets say UTG opened and BU called, but I think in this dynamic its ok to 3bet.

Tuesday to an end, graph for this week so far:

Pretty sick value tonight, people were spewing alot but unfortunatly I didnt hit much but w/e. At least Im sitting at 5.826/15.000 hands for the week only 2 days in which is great. I will probably be closer to 20k hands nearing sunday since its salary week so fishes will have those dollarz again and I will play much more closing into friday.

Still running a little bad but not as bad as couple of week ago. I feel very focused and Im constantly thinking my decisions trough at the tables. I will do the swedish recording tomorrow and try get the english done at the weekend. If its good enough, I will put in up on youtube but dont hold your breath for it .

            Peace.

3k hands in 2 days, is impressive. +2k aiev, that's a pretty sick winrate for 5/10... what is that in bb/100?

How many tables do you grind at once usually?

Its a boss skin so dont take that ev line for what it looks like since we dont see our opponents hands when we win and they automuck. So cut the EV line in half and its more accurate imo. ~1500$ is around 45bb/100 after 5k hands I think, Im currently at 28bb/100 with 1k profit.

Im also playing 2/4 and 2.5/5, so not 5/10 yet . Theres a limit of 5 tables at once on this site and usually theres enough tables running so I can fill it up, but mid day its closer to 2-3 så I try to do other stuff instead of playing when action is dry.

            Wednesday done, graph for today:

Played alot but ran bad and didnt really get much help from the deck so felt like a long, slow grind today. Im very content though with how I played overall and keeping focus over a longer session. Pretty decent traffic the whole day suprisingly.

            This week so far:

9.651/15.000 hands done, so Im very likely to reach that goal. I did also record 25 minutes today with swedish commentary so thats another thing accomplished on my list. Another thing I will work on this week is to tighten up abit preflop and try to take my aggressivity postflop up a notch, to make that redline go up again. Im pretty sure they are both related in my current redline. Another thing I will try to improve is my focus at the moment the hands are played. Might be thinking in wrong terms sometimes and its pretty clear afterwards how I should have acted on specific hands.

            Thursday grind:

Nice first 750 hands, hitting some hands and holding up. Did experience some variance towards the 1.500 mark but its very standard spots.

            Week this far:

11.787/15.000 hands this far, which feels awesome. I also think winning do amplify my current happiness. Not saying its right, just acknowleding it. Which is a good thing to do so Im conscious about it and could perhaps think logically next time Im down and still putting in alot of hours and still feel good about myself.

30.85 hours played since monday and its a big increase from recent weeks. Im feeling very motivated to play alot and work really hard on my game, which makes it easy to go to work right now. Might be the dream week of 50 hours played, who knows .

Although it all might seem good, Im still worried about my redline and if you guys out there have any idea how to improve it, go ahead and ask for any stat you want from this sample and Ill put it out here for discussion.

Fridays grind was sooooo annoying. Just finished for the day and got tilted towards the end of the session and on top of that I cant upload my graps so it tilts me even more. The value was great and there was this guy who played 100/40/20% 3bet and of course he ran like god vs me so that kinda ruined my day.

Played alot and ran pretty ugly. Loads of setups and situations where I cant do much about things. I was actually up at two points of the session but then got instadoomswitched and started bleeding again. The result wasnt that bad, down 8 buyins, Im more concerned about tilting at the end of the session. Think the whole day built up to that. Was actually up 4 buyins at the start of the session so I think from that point everything went straight down and kinda acccumulated all those tilt feelings.

Ive played 14.500/15.000 hands for the week after fridays grind and Im almost done with that goal, which I cant enjoy too much right now with recent session but I think when I wake up tomorrow I will be quite pleased with it. Im also up 809$ right now and it feels rewarding for my hard work. Even though I feel like Im still not running particulary well this week. Give me some rungood for a week and I dont think 5.000$ in a week at those stakes with enough amount of hands played is impossible.

Doing a lockdown saturday/sunday, only leaving the apartment for food shopping tomorrow. Being salary week and all, I really want to put myself in a spot where I can make tons of $ so Im giving it my all for the next two days, wish me luck!

            Week so far:

Pretty sick day, up 18.5 buyins after catching some hands. My hands help up most often and thats why the result is pretty sweet. Happy with pulling trough the first 1.5k hands that were a bit painful. Ended up playing 10 hours today and I think Im at 48 hours for the week now. Reaching and going beyond 50 tomorrow, insane imo .

Some interesting numbers from this week
                  • Played 54 hours, winning 2.258$, giving me an hourly of ~42$.
                  • 15.34 bb/100 at PLO75/60
                  • 50.3% W@SD, which is low for a profitable week imo

Successfull week. Really happy with how my work ethic paid off and I followed trough with all my goals except the one with the coaching. Will spend some time now to set new goals for next week and hopefully keep raising the limit.

Thanks. Yea the goals I had for the week really helped me push trough some tougher stretches and tiredness, so I can recommend setting those small, obtainable goals. I think putting something out there in my thread wether its graph or hands its good to keep myself accountable. I also think graph is more attracting then just a wall of text so I will keep doing so .

                  Thank you man, appreciate it.

So I spend some time setting goals for next week and here they are:

                  Week 18 Goals
                  • Play 15.000 hands
                  • Record two sessions, one in swedish and second in english
                  • Spend 7-12 hours studying
                  • Watch a PLO video series
                  • Get a coaching/sweat session done
                  • Keep working on my mental game/mindset

I would like to push for 20k hands but I will probably be more occupied this week so thats not likely to happen. However Im adding more study time as I find it really benefiting me so hopefully I can share some of those hours in my thread aswell.

Feeling alot better today, did 1 session before heading to dentist and afterwards I took a nap and feeling ready to start a massive session until I go to sleep. No time to waste, lets crush and work hard.

As I do really enjoy valueable sentences, heres one I read today that really shines in poker:

                  Graph for tuesday:

Happy with putting in over 4k hands, cant do much about the result though. I wont post EV lines anymore because its not really relevant to my performance and it takes my focus away, but I can say I ran quite cold today. I di also manage to record 25 minutes with commentary so I got that nailed for the week.

Tomorrow will be alot of volume aswell, and Im expecting alot of value since its labour day in Sweden and everyone should be home playing. I just need to make sure my mindset is ready for the grind tomorrow and Ill be putting in the hours. I will be posting some hands tomorrow with some thoughts around them.

Slow start of the day, was up at 6-7 buyins at two points but have been battling most often around breakeven. Taking a break now up 1 buyin and will start fighting again within an hour.

Following. In the previous graph, your blue line goes down in the end. Did you not get paid at all or did your bluffs get caught all the time? (Just thinking if sometimes, when running not so good, we kinda start bluffing more than optimal) Obv the most likely explanation is variance, but just a thought anyways.

Most likely variance, felt pretty good about my game yesterday.

                  Graph for wednesday:

Huge day volume wise. Played almost 10 hours so it takes it toll. Ran into quads twice with top set which was kinda figurative for the first 2.750 hands of the day, but towards the end I started binking things and cashing in.

                  Graph this week so far:

Did mix in some HU at 1k hands vs a huge fish and was up early 8 buyins, but ended down two so that explains that huge spike in the beginning. I usually dont play HU, but he asked me after he lost 3-4 buyins in 5max and I couldnt really decline that clear value. Although Im not playing HU at a regular basis, I think its good training, so I might look into bumhunting alot more HU in the future.

So volume wise, Im right on track for the 15k for the week, and Ive also recorded a session yesterday. Still one remains in english and then I need to get a coaching session done once he finds time for me. I find that after every one of those coaching session, Im enlightened and pretty much plays a ton better poker directly after. I will try make him coach me twice a week but in the end its up to him.
