I have decided to cut back on the goals I have giving myself, My new Aim is to be crushing 25NL and a solid winning regular at 50nl by the end of this year. Im posting this thread to put things I have learned and lost along the way. To post hands to go over with my coach/study group.
Things you should know if your following, Play under rolled due to having a backer, so in fact im over rolled, but for some strange reason I always feel like I only have what I have liquid. So that should answer your questions if I post bankroll size etc

List of short term goals.

1. Do intensive data base review and leak finding sessions, learn more about what to be looking for when reviewing/leakfinding.

2. Start thinking honestly about the in's and out's of tilt and c game related problems. Look at the why's and how's instead of just the cure's.

3. Break down my play by street,. Think about why im choosing what im choosing , how that relates to pre/flop/turn/river . how my sizing relates to what I want. , discuss the different aspects of bet sizing on turn and river. also vs types of villians.

4. Drop number of tables, increasing with every two buy in's won. Start with 1 and move up. While playing lowest number of tables, spend extra time building good habits of ranging people, not auto clicking , auto deciding anything.

5. Watch DC series, Watch them as if I was in a class room, with pen and paper for note taking. Also spending time to go over some basic basic math's of both the game and in general , times tables etc..

6. What makes this choice, the right choice right now. Why is this a good bet/raise/fold. Would it be different in different positions. Whats my aim, and why.

Suppose that will do for now,. Starting with more then 10 buy ins for 25NL liquid.

Read a chapter a day of Theory of Holdem, more if Im in the mood,. Since I was told if I read it now after becoming a decent bit better then I used to be I'll get more out of it.

Also going to start grinding 10NL first so I can multi table, once my game is back on track., Ill quickly move to 25NL again..

I checked the flop since I didnt think betting out would make him fold much, while probably not defining ranges too much,. After the check I was confident he didnt have a King,. Getting bout 3.5:1 on flop, little more on river. , Infront of most Jx hands, behind boats.
by my count im infront of about 12 combo's of Jx and behind like 6 combo's of sets..(the odd badly played KK)
I had come out agressive from the start, and had him and another villian fold out a few hands (i had the goods) but didnt get to show down.

Always a call due to combo's or winning equity vs there possible hands.??

Or always looking at a boat here (seems a little unlikely as I say it,) we do block most Jx combo's , but by my count combo's of hands were in front are still more then behind, plus we have TINY equity if behind but were not DEAD in the water.

Hand 1: I was discussing a similar spot recently with someone else. I'd just assume fold because WHEN you flop well, you are losing your stack often.

Hand 2: What's your 3b % and which reg is it? This can't be that bad.

Hand 3: super standard, well played

Hand 4: seems standard as well

Hand 5: AQo, 3bet is probably fine, don't hate a flat. We kinda have to give up on the turn, though. I'm not sure what you're trying to knock him off at that point. Oh, it's HU...um, I dunno if I should comment then.

Hand 6: TT, iso bigger pre, get it in OTF

Hand 7: AQo, need stats on villain, but it's probably fine considering he had to slowplay pre to be ahead of us. AK, sets seem less likely than KQ, K9, Q9 hands IMO.

vs what he had where 56% equity? He's like 80 vpip , been steadly losing any chips he's had, donked once or twice on the flop.. he stuck around for like 10 hands or so,
